mixed feelings about the stay

the room was clean enough.
I found several emails excessive, especially with card registration after payment. our family altered plans, but the hotel lacked flexibility about changing our room. we had to cancel and lose our money. staff attitude worsened the situation. It felt quite inflexible and rigid.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

great fooddoor slammingcar park noise
The restaurant next door had great food, especially breakfast.
I experienced a lack of sleep because of noise. I regularly heard doors slamming and people shouting in the car park. Someone even left vomit near my car (it was about 10 meters from the entrance).
